 Ellen
Bick
Ellen Bick has worked as a real estate broker for the past 17 years,
with experience in new construction, mortgage lending, and investment
and residential real estate. She has worked in the real estate industry
in Oregon for the last 10 years. Her emphasis for the last five years
has been on investment properties, from second homes to apartment or
commercial buildings. She is also actively working with her husband and
partner, Les, in condo sales at the coast.
One of her personal strengths is to see the big picture, to orchestrate
a complicated transaction, and to work well with the many people
involved. Ellen is a very organized, positive person, who enjoys the
challenges of each new transaction. She will find the resources needed
to overcome any new hurdles.
Ellen has attained an advanced college degree in education and three
advanced real estate designations, Graduate Realtor Institute, Seniors
Real Estate Specialist, and Accredited Buyer Representative.
Les Bick
Les Bick, principal broker, has been in real estate brokerage and
investing since 1966. First West Realty was established in Portland in
1997. Memberships include Portland Metropolitan Association of
Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of
Realtors, Clatsop Association of Realtors, Regional Multiple Listing
Service, and Million Dollar Club. Les is also a member of several other
commercial brokerage networks. He has specialized in North Coast
development and brokerage since 2004.
Recent developments include Seaview Condominiums on the beach--10
units--at 9th and the Prom in Seaside and Rivertide Suites, a 70-unit
condo hotel in Seaside.
Les is also an owner, consultant and manager of various motels at the
coast.
